the pitch I looked around at various places for printing prices. I decided quite quickly that it would be a lot easier and cheaper to use the digital print studio at the university to get everything we required. I looked at the prices and added them up to get a total estimate of what our costs would be. I asked the team what they felt would be a good amount for each item we needed printing and we agreed that we would be needing 30xA3 posters that would go up around the Vernon Street building and surrounding areas, 40xA5 Flyers that would be distributed across all of Vernon Street and surrounding areas, 75xdouble sized A4’s that would be halved to create two double sided pamphlets per A4 page. This came to a total of £172.50 for printing costs. We also needed a set of copy cards both black and white and colour to allow students to copy research material from book they take out at the library and any interesting content they want to use in the design development stages of the workshop. We agreed we would give out 15xBlack and white copy cards and 50xcolour copy cards. This would come to a total of £57.50. Our costings come to a total £230, which I rounded upto £250 to cover any unforeseen costs.
